• Cancellation Timing: Cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. There is no cancellation fee.

• If you cancel your subscription on or after your Billing Date, you will be charged for that month's subscription fee, and your cancellation will become effective at the end of that current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have access to our services until the end of your then-current paid period.

2. Refunds

Refunds and paid billing periods

Exceptional Circumstances

In extremely limited and exceptional circumstances, we may, at our discretion, consider providing a credit or other form of resolution. Any such decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
